Every corner of Manipur is home to inspiring individuals and communities whose dedication, innovation, and selfless service are creating a positive impact on society. Their contributions strengthen communities, preserve traditions, generate livelihoods, protect the environment, and contribute to the vision of a Viksit Bharat.

Through Mann Ki Baat, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has consistently recognised such grassroots changemakers from across the country, bringing their inspiring journeys to the national stage and encouraging citizens to participate in nation-building.

Manipur has proudly earned national recognition through several remarkable personalities featured in Mann Ki Baat, including:

4. Chokhone Krichena, who has inspired communities through sustainable floriculture and entrepreneurship.

These stories reflect the spirit, resilience, and innovation of the people of Manipur.
