बच्चे के विकास के लिए क्या करना चाहिए?
बच्चों को बचपन से ही सही आहार देना बहुत जरूरी होता है|
1- अंडे- बच्चों की हल्थ के लिए सभी पोषक तत्व जरूरी हैं|
2- दूध- बच्चे को बचपन से सिर्फ दूध दिया जाता है|
3- ड्राई फ्रूट्स- बच्चों के विकास के लिए ड्राईफ्रूट्स बहुत जरूरी हैं|
4- केला- बच्चों का पसंदीदा फल होता है|
