How could a workplace develop their cultural safety?
1. Raise awareness of racism and unconscious bias in the workplace.
2. Provide cultural awareness training for our staff to build an understanding of First
Nations peoples.
3. Get to know our employees, the way they work and how they like to communicate to help
build trust and engagement.
