How do we control reckless driving?
They can be deterred by installing more CCTV cameras and people driving recklessly and carelessly must be subject to strict penalties like jail terms, suspension of driving licences and heavy fines. A majority of victims of reckless driving are either pedestrians or two-wheeler riders.
