Firstly, I think the Department has to initiate steps and organise public awareness campaigns for the necessity of strictly following the traffic rules.
Secondly, issuance of driving licences has to be made strictly according to the departmental norms and guidelines. No one has to be given valid license without proper inspection of driving skills.
Lastly, violations of traffic rules and reckless driving must be penalized with heavy fines and severe punishment for repeated violations.
