अनुच्छेद 29, भारतीय संविधान 1950:-
भारत के राज्यक्षेत्र या उसके किसी भाग में निवास करने वाले नागरिकों के किसी वर्ग को, जिसकी अपनी विशिष्ट भाषा, लिपि या संस्कृति है, उसे संरक्षित रखने का अधिकार होगा।
