What is Section 20 Prevention of Corruption Act?
State (DB) presumption under Section 20 of P.C. Act:- If it is proved that an accused had accepted or agreed to accept illegal gratification/tainted money, the presumption under Section 20 of P.C. Act 1988 can be raised even without direct evidence for demand.
