cont.-- Corruptions never pays but corruption inside the country proves that he or she has done a big crime because that is the money of public received from different taxes and fines, and that should not be used in a criminal way. It is very hard to understand and may be some people who are corrupted yet , may be annoyed or angry with my words, but this is the fact.
