College Fagathanshi Mission: Transforming Higher Education in Manipur

MANIPUR AT THE 37TH NATIONAL GAMES, GOA 2023

For the first time, the 37th National Games was held in Goa from 26 October 2023 to 9th November 2023 across five Goan cities - Mapusa, Margao, Panjim, Ponda, and Vasco, only the track cycling and golf event was held outside Goa in Delhi with about 15,000 athletes, coaches, and officials from all around the nation competing in 43 sports categories

MANIPUR CREDIT GUARANTEE SCHEME (MCGS) WITH CREDIT GUARANTEE FUND TRUST FOR MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (CGTMSE)

For providing facility of additional guarantee to units located in Manipur, the State Planning Department in collaboration with CGTMSE has taken up a scheme “Manipur Credit Guarantee Scheme (MCGS)” with the objective to increase the guarantee coverage of loans given to MSEs and StartUps in Manipur with collateral free loans.

SPECIAL SCHEME FOR PROVIDING ONE TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF LABOUR CARD HOLDERS IN RELIEF CAMPS

The Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MBOCWWB) hereby issues Special Scheme for Education of Children of Labour Card Holders in Relief Camps Affected by Large Scales Violence in the State. The scheme notification was published in all leading newspapers fand circulated to all DC’s. For all districts which are unable to physically submit application forms, provision has been made for online submission of forms. There is no time line or last date for submission of form so that the benefit reaches to all labour card holders affected by the violence.

MANIPUR COMPENSATION SCHEME FOR WOMEN VICTIMS/SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT/OTHER CRIMES, 2023

To regulate the payment of compensation to the women victims/survivors of sexual assault/ other crimes, the Manipur Compensation Scheme for Women Victims/Survivors of Sexual Assault/other Crimes, 2023 is being introduced by the state government. This scheme is an upgraded version of the Manipur Victim Compensation Scheme, 2019 in conformity with the Model Scheme provided by the National Legal Services Authority for victim compensation.
