Punshilok: The Spring of Life

Start Date: 20-03-2021
End Date: 01-03-2022
Punshilok, literally meaning the spring of life is a forest in the Maru Langol hill range. Once a deserted land, the forest today boasts of being one of the favorite foraging hubs for different species of migrating birds and animals. All thanks to Moirangthem Loiya and his team of dedicated nature lovers. By forming the Wildlife and habitat Protection Society (WAHPS) they have been protecting the forest for the past 19 years and preserving the green paradise called PUNSHILOK. You can also join WAHPS at https://www.facebook.com/groups/wahps... or follow M Loiya on https://www.instagram.com/heirangkhoi/ or https://www.facebook.com/mloiya.ngamba
