My suggestion which I used to take care of.
1.we should always use our left ear for calls
because A message from the “MaxCure medical team”says that using the right ear can directly affect the brain.
2.Don't use phone when it is heated
3.You can check Radiation level in terms of SAR of your smartphone by dialing a USSD code*#07#, if results shows SAR below 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg) then it is OK otherwise you are advised to change your smartphone immediately.

My suggestions on using mobile phones safely are as follows:-
(1) Do not use the mobile for messaging or talking while it is
kept for charging. There is high risk of battery getting over
heated and exploding.
(2) Do not use the mobile when battery charge is lower than 40 percent. It is harmful as radiation emission shall be high.
(3) Hands free mode shall be preferably used as it will be less harmful.
(4) Children below the age of 14 years shall be supervised while using the phone.
